Review : Black Lace Dress
I like how it arrived BEFORE the earliest day, it gave me a bit of relief because I wanted to wear this dress to my flute jury (basically the final exam for flute private lessons at college)…However…
I opened the package only to see it really tiny. I should have considered the fact people in China tend to be smaller, supposedly. I ordered what was supposed to be a size 8 (US)…and I am 5’1" and a bit above 100 pounds (I wouldn’t go more than 10 pounds over, I think) and I have a VERY SLIGHT belly pudge.
Well, I had struggled zipping up the dress for AT LEAST 10 minutes. I think that alone says the dress is too small, but heck, I managed to get it on without ripping it. There is an elastic band right below where your chest goes, and that was rather tight on me. And again, I am rather petite. It is still breathable, but not the most comfortable.
The skirt length is pretty accurate to the picture (at least on me). I don’t know how tall the model…
