I bought two of these, grey and beige. The elastic band fits a bit too tight for my taste (I thought that I would be able to wear it lower on my hips, but it’s only good on the waist). I am size 36-38 euro (S-M US). Still, I like both of them very much.
The flare is more than the picture shows. In fact, when worn the skirt reminds me of the 50th “new look”. The skirt flares from the waistband, which might seemingly add a bit to your hips, but I don’t mind that much.
The leggings are an option, but they are not needed. The length is very modest (the lining goes to mid-knee) and the sheer overskirt is about 4″ longer.

I wanted something colorful for a New Year’s Eve party, so I ordered this in blue. I am 5’7" and 125 lbs & typically wear a 4/6 or medium. I ordered the 8 to be safe, and it fits well. It could have been slightly more fitted, but better than being too small. The color is not exactly as pictured, a little less vibrant. The lace is nice and I feel comfortable in it. I’m looking forward to dancing all night it in. For the price, it is a great dress. I would order again.

I really love the color and the length. seller shipped quickly. i usually wear a large ( xl at the most depending on the brand) and this was too sung around the waist for my comfort. skirt was thin and pretty see-through. stinks because it was really cute
